Relève de: Customer Service Supervisor

Rémunération: $19-21 par heure

 

Les taux horaire sont établies en fonction du rôle, du niveau et de l’emplacement. Le taux houraire affichée pour chaque offre d’emploi reflète le minimum et le maximum visés pour les salaires des nouvelles embauches en vue de pourvoir le poste. À l’intérieur de la fourchette, la rémunération individuelle est établie en fonction du lieu de travail et de facteurs supplémentaires, y compris les compétences professionnelles, l’expérience et l’éducation ou la formation pertinentes. Le taux horarire plus précise pour l’emplacement de votre choix pourra être discutée pendant le processus d’embauche

 

À propos de ce poste et de vous

Pendant les mois d’été, le ou la stagiaire d’été contribuera à alléger la charge de travail des coordinateurs de l’assistance à la clientèle (CAC) pendant leurs vacances. Ses responsabilités comprendront l’émission de tickets dans le système Hybris et la gestion des entrées de commandes pour les comptes Pleine capacité, ainsi que la gestion des comptes clients de routine qui n’exigent pas d’attention particulière. 

 

Qualifications

  • Étudiant(e) : université/collège
  • Bilingue anglais et francais imperative
  • Expérience en service à la clientèle
  • Excellent sens de l’organisation
  • Maîtrise de la suite MS Office
  • Aptitude à apprendre rapidement
  • Capacité à utiliser des logiciels internes
  • Aisance dans un environnement hybride
  • Capacité à communiquer de manière professionnelle avec les clients internes et externes 

Responsabilités

Soutien aux CSC : 90 % 

  • Saisie des commandes dans ECC + S4 pour les comptes Pleine capacité
  • Saisie de commandes simples dans ECC + S4
  • Envoi des tickets dans Hybris aux CAC appropriés
  • Vérification de la conformité des bons de commande des clients avec les conditions tarifaires de Chemtrade 
  • Envoi des accusés de réception des commandes aux clients dès réception des bons de commande 

 

 Responsabilités générales : 10 % 

 

  • Collaboration avec d’autres membres de l’équipe pour assurer l’envoi des tickets dans les délais et avec précision
  • Gestion au quotidien de la documentation des envois aux clients 
  • Tâches supplémentaires selon les besoins dans le cadre de l’organisation du service à la clientèle

Reports To: Customer Service Supervisor

Compensation: $19-21

The range reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire hourly rates for the position.   Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.

About This Role and About You

During the summer months, the summer student will assist in lightening the workload of the customer support coordinators (CSC) while they are on vacation. Their responsibilities will include dispatching tickets in Hybris and handling order entries for keep full accounts, along with managing routine customer accounts that do not demand specialized attention. 

 

Qualifications

  • Student: University/College
  • Bilingual English and French is imperative
  • Customer Service experience
  • Highly organized
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite
  • Aptitude to learn quickly
  • Ability to utilize internal software
  • Comfortable in a hybrid setting
  • Ability to communicate professionally with internal and external customers 

Responsibilities

Support CSC’s – 90% 

  • Order entry in ECC + S4 for keep full accounts
  • Simple order entry in ECC + S4
  • Dispatching tickets in Hybris to the correct CSC’s
  • Ensure customer purchase orders match Chemtrade pricing terms and conditions 
  • Send PO acknowledgement to customer upon receipt of PO 

 

 General Responsibilities – 10% 

 

  • Work with other team members to ensure timely and accurate ticket dispatching
  • Daily post good issue of customer shipments 
  • Additional duties as required within scope of the Customer Service organization

 

Physical Requirements:

  • Employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 10 pounds.  
  • Specific vision abilities required by this job may include close vision. 
  • Must be physically capable of spending long hours sitting in an office environment. 
  • Must be “fit for duty”.
